If you wish to enroll in any of the above Symposia, we strongly recommend that you do so by registering in advance, as seating is limited. Registration for these symposia will be available at the show (on-site rates applies) and is subject to seating availability.
Registration Process
Fill out the pre-registration form which can either be done on-line, mailed or faxed. Payment must accompany form and be received by
November 6, 2008.
All registrations are non-refundable.
All pre-registration forms must be paid in full.
Seminars are free of charge with admission registration. Fees apply for Symposia.
Children under the age of 18 are free when accompanied by an adult and do not need to register.

Registration by Mail or Fax
To Register by mail or fax, please print the Pre Registration Form and mail or fax your completed pre-registration as instructed on the form. Please be sure to include an email address in order to receive your Pre-Registration Confirmation. Only Pre Registrants that provide an email addresses will receive a confirmation. Emailed confirmations include an Easy Access Barcode which you scan at the Pre Registration Scanner Stations at the convention center to print your badge. If you do not have an email address, you can still pre-register but you will not receive a confirmation notification.

To view and print the form(s), you need a program called Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have trouble downloading the file, or if you’d like to upgrade to Acrobat Reader 7.0, you can obtain the software for FREE from Adobe’s website. Note: Older versions of Adobe Reader may not be compatible.
Register at the Show
Advance registration is strongly recommended to afford you valuable savings and to avoid on-site lines. You are welcome to register at the show, but on-site prices prevail.
Deadline for all advance registration processing is November 6, 2008.
